Waterfall8:00 AM – Pick-up from Negombo
Start your journey from your Negombo hotel and travel towards the beautiful hills of Sri Lanka, enjoying the changing scenery along the way.
10:00 AM – Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage
After a 2 hour drive, arrive at Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Spend about 2 hours watching the elephants during feeding time and seeing the herd march down to the river for a bath.
1:00 PM – Kandy Tooth Relic Temple & Kandy Lake with lunch
Explore the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic of Buddha,stroll along Kandy Lake, and enjoy lunch in Kandy afterwards.
4:30 PM – Arrive at Ramboda Waterfall
Stop to admire the majestic Ramboda Waterfall, one of Sri Lanka’s tallest falls at 109 meters (358 ft). Take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding tea plantations and lush green mountains.
6.30 pm – Drop off at Nuwara Eliya
Bring sunglasses and sunscreen for sunny days.
Pack a rain jacket or umbrella – weather can change during the journey.
Carry a small day bag with your essentials. Your main luggage can remain safely in the vehicle.
A power bank can be useful for keeping your phone charged.
Wet tissues are handy to have during the journey.
