Please prepare the following documents based on your partnership type. These are required to verify your identity and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • National Identity Card (Front & Back)

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC Book)

  • Vehicle Insurance Document

  • Recent Photo of the Vehicle (Front & Side Views)

  • Business Registration Certificate

  • Proof of Ownership or Lease Agreement

  • Hotel/Villa Photos (Exterior, Rooms, Lobby/Common Areas)

  • Pricing List or Rate Card (if available)

  • Valid Contact Details of the Manager/Owner

  • National Identity Card

  • Valid Tour Guide License (Issued by SLTDA or relevant authority)

  • Recent Passport-size Photo

  • Tour Itinerary Samples (if available)

  • Business Registration Certificate

  • Food Safety Certificate (if available)

  • Menu (PDF or image format)

  • Restaurant/Cafe Photos (Front, Interior, Signature Dishes)

  • National Identity Card

  • Links to Social Media Profiles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

  • Media Kit (if available)

  • Sample Travel Content or Previous Collaborations
