8:00 AM – Departure from your hotel, heading towards Balapitiya for the Mangrove Safari.

9:00 AM – Arrival at the Madu River launch site, greeted with a luxurious welcome drink and a brief orientation.

9:15 AM – Begin the 3-hour private boat ride along the Madu River, exploring the serene beauty of the lagoon and mangrove forest.

9:45 AM – First stop at an old Buddhist temple, where you can explore the historical and spiritual significance of the site.

10:15 AM – Continue the boat ride, enjoying the scenic views and spotting wildlife along the Madu River.

10:45 AM - Stop at Cinnamon Island, where you can learn about cinnamon production and experience the island's charm.

11:30 AM – Visit the Hindu temple and immerse yourself in the vibrant cultural atmosphere.

12:00 PM – Return to the boat for a 15-minute fish pedicure, a relaxing and unique experience.

12:30 PM – Conclude the boat ride with stunning photo opportunities across the beautiful Madu Lagoon.

1:00 PM – Visit the Sea Turtle Conservation Project and learn about the vital efforts to protect sea turtles in Sri Lanka.
