The term “SL VOYO” in these Booking Conditions refers exclusively to our organization.
By using this website, you, the “Tour Participant,” agree to these terms and conditions without modification, which SL VOYO may update from time to time without notice. Prices, Rates, & Fares
Unless stated otherwise, all prices and rates are in United States Dollars, per person, based on twin or double sharing accommodations, with an additional supplement required for single occupancy.
Prices are subject to change based on current exchange rates, tariffs, taxes, park fees, and fluctuations in the foreign exchange market, effective at the time of reservation. SL VOYO is not responsible for any variations due to exchange rates or transaction fees imposed by financial institutions.
You are responsible for any fees, interest, or bank charges for tele-transfer, wire transfer, bank draft, or other money transfer methods through a financial institution.
A payment is required to confirm any tour reservation. Please note, cash transactions are not accepted during the tour.

Cancellation Fee Policy
SL VOYO Group Tours:
- 45 to 31 days prior to journey date: 50% of the total tour cost as cancellation fee.
- 30 days to journey date: 75% of the total tour cost as cancellation fee.
- Within 7 days of journey date: 100% of the total tour cost as cancellation fee.
SL VOYO Luxury Tours:
- 60 days or more prior to journey date: 70% of the total tour cost as cancellation fee.
- Within 30 days of journey date: 100% of the total tour cost as cancellation fee.
SL VOYO One Day Tours:
- Within 48 hours of journey start: Non-refundable.
- 48 hours or more prior to journey start: 100% money-back guarantee, subject to possible deductions for bank charges.

Tourists are responsible for securing an insurance policy in their own country prior to travel. It is highly recommended to have travel insurance as penalties for lack of coverage can be substantial.
